Terms of Service

1. Overview

By placing an order with The Town Shoppe, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders

• Cards are sold in packs of 10 per order; hats, flags, ties, and stickers are sold individually.
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after this point.
• Please double-check the recipient's delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed per item, except cards, which are priced per pack of 10, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times from date of purchase: cards — US standard 5–6 business days, US express 5 business days, UK standard 3–4 business days, UK express 3–4 business days; hats — US 5–7 business days, UK 4–6 business days; ties — US 4–8 business days, UK 10–30 business days (ships from US); flags — US 2–5 business days, UK 10–30 business days (ships from US); stickers — US 2–5 business days, UK 10–30 business days (ships from US).
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• We currently ship to addresses in the United States and United Kingdom only.

5. Refunds and returns

Because each order is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

• Your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect.
• Your order is lost in transit.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@thetownshoppe.com and we may be able to arrange a one-time reprint depending on the circumstances. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion.

We are not responsible for orders undelivered or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. No reprint or refund will be issued in these cases.

We do not offer refunds or reprints for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction with a design as shown on the website.

6. Intellectual property

All product designs, illustrations, photography, and content on this website are the property of The Town Shoppe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Town Shoppe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
